In celebration of the V&A's landmark exhibition, The Future Starts Here, we're delighted to announce a four-part event series collaboration with the one of the worlds most prestigious museums.
Unfolding throughout 2018, the series will explore how creativity will affect four epic themes from a breadth of perspectives - near, far and speculative.
Launching on the evening of Friday 18th May 2018 (6.30pm - 8.30pm) the first session will tackle the future of food.
You’ll explore a future where plant bones are your daily bread; your gastrophysical dining plate will be sonically seasoned and the extinct woolly mammoth is back on the menu.
Join these three extraordinary visionaries for a debate on the future of food:
Marije Vogelzang, the ‘Grand Dame’ of Eating Experience and Food Revolutionary ;
Prof. Charles Spence, Professor of the Senses, experimental psychologist and neuroscientist
Sam Bompas, co-founder of food-experience mavericks Bompas & Parr.
